Installation for ultrasonic cleaning of heavily contaminated bottles WU-350
The unit is designed for soaking and washing of heavily contaminated bottles 19l bottle. Guaranteed washes strong pollution, ensuring the return of containers in circulation.
The installation consists of bath, equipped with a generator of ultrasonic vibrations, the mechanism of rotation of the bottles, host of the heating and circulation of the washing solution, the control Cabinet. To intensify the cleaning process applies heat to 60° C and ultrasonic waves propagated in the washing solution. Heating of the solution is made in a flow heater with sensor flow solution pump and filter trap.
Tub installation from the top is closed by a cover, with the actuator. The operation of the bath is detached from the control Cabinet. To protect personnel tub is equipped with sound-proof casing. On the cover of the bath has an interlock preventing operation of the bath when the lid is lifted. To reduce the influence of ultrasonic oscillations on staff tub is equipped with sound-proof casing.
