Plate brake TCH electromagnetic actuator designed for installation in a vertical position on the mechanisms of hoisting-and-transport machines with a horizontal axis of the brake pulley to stop and hold the shafts mechanisms metallurgical equipment, machinery (mostly lifting and transport) in the locked state when the idle actuator. Used in mining, metallurgical and other industries. Operated in explosion-proof environment environment from DC to 110/220V and when working outdoors must be protected by a cover against rain, actions of solar radiation.
The parameters in accordance with the above sequentially types:
- braking torque 20, 39, 160, 235, 500 nm;
the electromagnet MP-101 (for TCH-100 and 200/100), MP-201 (TCH-200 and 300/200) and MP-301.
