The controller TuxWay was the result of 3 years of experience of our team in the development and operation of CNC machine tool initial level. We pursued several objectives: minimizing the cost while maintaining high performance, ease of operation and maintenance, modularity and scalability of the system, accessibility for a wide range of enthusiasts machine tools with different levels of knowledge in electronics, software availability. In addition, I wanted to give the user maximum information about the system and to simplify the setup. We considered a number of intermediate options, checked multiple schemes and topologies.
