Data suction unit designed to collect and remove shaving waste and simultaneous air filtration. Used instead of wasteful, cumbersome traditional suction complexes. The use of these installations dramatically reduces operating costs electricity and heating (in winter).
The apparatus consists of a stand on which is mounted the fan to the body which, in turn, attached dispenser with flexible sleeves, bags, filters and containers. To the housing containers pressed Cam hinges.
During the rotation of the impeller air mixture, along with the chips and dust, coming through flexible hoses through the collector, enters the channels between the blades of the impeller, and under the action of centrifugal force, is moved to its periphery and discharged into bags. Shaving waste going into the container, and wood dust is filtered in a bag filter.
The containers used in these units have much greater volume than the bags and allow much longer to operate them. These setting found their application for equipment with large amounts of chip (for Example: four-way machines, jointing lines, angular window centers and so on). For convenience of moving the containers provided rollers, and their easy emptying is ensured swivel mount container. The filling level of the containers is controlled via special window on the body of the container.
