Aquadistillator electric DE-10 "EMO" is intended for the production of distilled water in pharmacies, hospitals, laboratories and other institutions of all sectors of the economy where there is a need in distilled water.
Products are used in medical institutions, as well as for the treatment of drinking water from radionuclides and use distilled water for drinking purposes after its mineralization at other institutions.
The device consists of aquadistillator and electrical panel.
Aquadistillator electric is designed for the production of distilled water that meets the requirements of the current Gosfarmakapei of the Russian Federation, by thermal distillation of water that meets the requirements of SanPiN 2.1.4.1074-01.
The product is made for climatic design UHL 4.2 according to GOST 15150.
Aquadistillator climatic design UHL 4.2 during operation resistant to temperatures from + 10 to + 350C and relative humidity 80% at temperatures S.

The device works
The principle of operation of aquadistillator based on the condensation of Tsaparang pair. The main parts are: an evaporator separator, condenser, electric, equalizer, a sensor with a float, the base and the electrical panel.
In the evaporator, water is heated by electric heaters to boil. The resulting steam enters the condenser and condenses, comes in the form of distillate through the nipple. Receive high-quality distilled water is provided by the separation of steam passing through the separators, located in the upper part of the evaporator. Tap water is continuously fed through the nozzle in the condenser and the tube through the equalizer enters the evaporator. The evaporator is filled with water to the specified level. As the boiling water will flow and the evaporator part, the main part through the drainage will be discharged to the sewer.
The warranty period is 12 months.
