Purpose and scope:
The mill is designed for grinding of laboratory samples of grain crops and products of their processing to prepare for subsequent determination of quality parameters of grain. LMT-2 is used in PTL grain, flour milling and grain processing enterprises, laboratories GHEE, in the system of agriculture, breeding and research organizations, independent laboratories, and other organizations involved in the evaluation of the quality of agricultural crops and their products. Used mill in the preparation of the samples to determine the quantity and quality of gluten, falling number, protein content, and other indicators, the definition of which requires the grinding of the product to the desired particle size. The mill provides a grinding attachment grain weight from 10g to 100g with a given stable particle size. Sieve the control of the crushed product is not required (the gathering sieve N 067 no more than 1%, pass sieve N 38 not less than 60%). The mill is equipped with replaceable calibrated sieves with a diameter of 0.8 and 1.0 mm
Description:
Mill LMT-2 consists of a casing on which is mounted the plate with cyclone. On the stove is mounted cover, which has a funnel reception, as well as the valve. The cavity plate includes a shell, made in the form of a ring with a notch on the inner side and a sieve. In the cavity plate, also, is the impeller. Inside the chassis on the slide rails installed motor leads through the V-belt transmission in the movement of the impeller. The original product comes coming from the admissions funnel, is caught by the stream and through the slot with the hole in the lid gets in the cavity plate with the impeller. Under the action of centrifugal force exerted by the impeller, the product is dropped on the ring, getting a circular motion. During movement on the surface of the shell with the notch product is crushed and its particles together with air through the sieve is blown into the cyclone. After separation from the product, the air through the cavity of the cover is pressed into the cavity of the plate, where for cleaning through the filters and discharged to the outside. Crushed and separated from air product enters the tank admissions for collecting the crushed product.
