The second part, located under the funnel consists of two separating-mixing devices, placed one above the other. Each device consists of a cone and funnel connected together. Grain, got dispersed on the surface of the cone, moves and reaching its Foundation, through the holes gets connected to the cone of the funnel. From there, the grain is poured into the second separating-mixing device, again mixed. Funnel of the second device has an outlet pipe through which of the divider output half of the samples sent to determine the nature.
The lower (third) part of the device is another dividing-mixing device. It also includes a cone and funnel, but with two output channels. Each channel is equipped with a movable flap to change the value of the cross section of the hole cut in the lower part of the funnel, allowing you to adjust the amount of discharge of the grain. To regulate the size of the allocated portions in the upper part of the body fortified digital scale separating sectors devices.
