Device for determination of white flour FLARE-P3
Designed for the rapid assessment of grade flour for white and monitoring process for milling enterprises, as well as for input quality control flour enterprises.
Used for:
definition of white wheat flour on the measured values of the zonal coefficients of reflection of the visible spectrum-rays of a specific wavelength from standards and compressed samples of flour;
the formation of the corresponding varieties of wheat flour in the production of milling enterprises and the input control baking properties of wheat flour of different varieties coming onto the bakeries;
determine the ratio of different batches of wheat flour of the same varieties to obtain a mixture with a specified whiteness index for flour these varieties, on baking company;
control of white indices wide range of prescription ingredients, semi-finished and finished products (various types of starches, sugar and starch-containing raw materials, stabilizers, skimmed milk powder and so on;
determine the ratio of different batches of wheat flour of the same varieties to obtain a mixture in the process rolls on baking company with the values of the criterion, otrajalsea ability of the flour to the darkening in the dough to fit the requirements of technological regulations the production of wheat bread.
The principle of the device based on the measurement of the reflectance of the visible spectrum-rays in a predetermined wavelength interval, from uplatnena-smoothed surface of the flour or dough and standards and the determination of the whiteness index.
The device allows to determine the white wheat flour of different grades in accordance with the requirements of GOST 26361.
The microprocessor unit Flare-P3 provides process measurement, process measurement results and control the efficiency of the device as well as displaying the results of measurements on the digital indicator and a personal computer for creating a database. The results are sent to the IBM - PC interface RS 232 C.
