The device SKIB-L is designed for rapid determination of white wheat bread flour and rye bread flour and estimate its grade in accordance with GOST 26361-84, GOST R 52189-2003 and GOST 7045-90, has an additional function - the ability of flour to the darkening and defining whiteness of the bread crumb. Can be used on milling and baking companies, controlling the quality of food in trade.
Metrological characteristics meets the requirements of GOST 26361-84 and ensure the unity of measurements with P3-BPL-C and SCIB)
The device requires no configuration and calibration process in the calibration period (1 year), equipped with an Electromechanical actuator supply samples of flour and a large touch screen, requires no special training.
The device requires no warm-up, ready to use in 20 seconds after power-on will allow up to two measurements per minute, including sample preparation. SKIB-L can connect to the computer that stores the data on 3500 measurements, allows you to create tables and graphs for the selected period. Unlike SKIB-M device SKIB-L is equipped with an Electromechanical actuator feed the cell with the sample of flour to subject the glass. The actuator provides a stable parameters seals flour when measuring white, which minimizes the impact of the laboratory on the measurement result and improves the precision (repeatability) measurement. The management device and the information display is performed using a large color touch LCD display with high resolution.
