Brief description:
The line is designed for production of wet wipes of the non woven material density 25-80 g/m sq with subsequent hermetic packaging. Line folds the napkins method V, Z, W, Z+Z addition.
Coating machine and parts in contact with products are made of stainless steel, so that the machine is beautiful and the production process is hygienic. The hydration process contributes to the uniformity of production, automatic counting, lightweight package. There is a backup holder for paper, it is easy to change the material.
Automatic humidification system (with automatic processing liquid), automatic counting.
