The controller is intended for positional adjustment of the liquid level in tanks and issuing alarms in case of falling or rising liquid level in excess of permissible limits. The controller can operate in the mode of filling, and in the dry mode.
The controller includes a control unit and four sensors. The upper and lower sensors are designed for monitoring limits, two medium - to control the pump.
Controlled fluid is not aggressive. The fluid temperature is not more than 250 °C.; the pressure is not more than 2.5 MPa.
1 MAIN TECHNICAL DATA
1.1 Controller performs the following functions:
a) issuing signals to the UPPER LIQUID LEVEL and the LOWER LEVEL of the LIQUID;
b) supply commands to activate and deactivate the pump.
1.2 the Controller provides the ability to control the pump in manual mode.
1.3 the Controller provides a visual alarms own status.
1.4 the power supply to the controller must be supplied from the AC voltage (220 +22/-22) and frequency (50 +/-1 Hz.
