As practice shows, one of the most effective and low-cost energy saving measures is the introduction of the adjustment process of thermal power plants stationary devices gas analysis. This enables the operational control of heat loss from leaving gases, chemical incomplete combustion and by timely adjustment process air flow to maintain optimum combustion with maximum efficiency and minimum harmful emissions into the atmosphere.
The solution of the task our company has developed an inexpensive stationary detectors GS 500-TO-CO and GS 500-P-WITH, the implementation of which will improve the efficiency of thermal power enterprises and improve the environment in the regions of their location. But most importantly: the combustion gas at optimal conditions will significantly reduce the consumption gas.
EXAMPLE : So, at the cost gas $268 per 1000 m3 reduction of chemical incomplete burning just 1% saves $268*0.01=$2.68. Boiler TVG-8M consumes more gas 1300 m3/h. During the heating season (day 151) get the savings: 1300 m3/h*24 hours*151 day*268 *1%=$12626(151512 UAH) This figure must be multiplied by the number of boilers to get savings on boiler room. Powerful boilers consume thousands and tens of thousands of m3/h gas, and real chemical incomplete burning often significantly exceed 1%.

The operation of the detector GS 500-K-FROM:
The detector is a continuous monitoring the CO content in the exhaust gases and displays its concentration on the led the lineup. If the display device is in the green zone, the concentration WITH is within the maximum permissible concentration (MPC), featured gas technical inspection. If the display device has moved into the red zone, so the MPC is exceeded. Moreover, the higher the red bar the higher the concentration of CO. In this case, it is recommended to conduct operational activities associated with thermal adjustment of this tableaggregate.
