We offer You the technology and equipment for production and application of two-component polyurethane insulation that has the lowest thermal conductivity.
To obtain a polyurethane foam by spraying units are used for spraying and pouring polyurethane foam. They belong to the low-pressure processing two-component polyurethane system of cold hardening.
The principle of these plants is based on the dosage in a specific ratio of components a and B from a supply tank through a flexible hose to the gun - spray gun, where the components are mixed, and the resultant mixture is sprayed with compressed air to the insulated surface.
In the install kit comes with spray gun and hoses components and compressed air (optionally, you can supply the additional options). Serve the installation of two people. Power consumption of 1.1-2.2 KW/hour.
The mixture is applied to the insulated surface in liquid form. Immediately after application (within 3-6 seconds) foaming and hardening components. Thus, the technology enables to obtain seamless heat layer. This property does not belong to any of the traditional sheet of insulating materials.
