The development of polyurethane foams steadily dictates requirements to improve the quality of the equipment for processing of source components. Over the years the employees of LLC "PBM" were analyzed dozens of modifications of the equipment from the point of view of the requirements of any engineering products, namely: manufacturability; reliability; maintainability; easy maintenance and repair; the usability and appearance (the ergonomics of the product). The analysis was dictated by the urgent need to develop new design, which could eliminate all shortcomings. The result povedannoe work was the spray, which LLC "PBM" can rightly be proud of.
One of the main drawbacks of all nozzles is quite a complex system of compressed air in the mixing chamber, clogging and sticking of the mixing chamber. Our experts managed to completely prevent the design from all these inconveniences. The mixing chamber is designed in such a way that the polyurethane mixture adhesives with the surface. For cleaning only need compressed air.
