Preparation
When cooking food just follow the recommendations on dosage and method of preparation. Cook food directly in front of the feeding. Before preparing the mixture, wash your hands and boil all an integral part of the bottle (bottle, nipple, ring) for 5 minutes. When cooking food refer to the table feeding. Not preheat baby food in the microwave, as uneven heating may cause burns. Remaining after feeding the diluted mixture do not store or use again.
The required amount of water boil and cool to 50 º C or heat Children's water Humana to 50'C.
Pour prepared water in the bottle.
In a bottle with water, add the required number of scoops of the mixture without slides.
Closing the bottle, shake to dissolve the powder.
Check the temperature of the prepared mixture on the inner side of the wrist (37ºС).
Table feeding
The recommended amount of one feeding for children 10 months is 170 - 230 ml. quantity of the mixture can be changed depending on appetite and individual needs of the child.

Use only the supplied measuring spoon Humana. 1 measuring spoon without slides contains about 5.0 g of powder. The improper storage, cooking, feeding may adversely affect health child.
