The Cabinet is used for baking, confectionery and bakery products.
The Cabinet ESH-3 consists of three Autonomous baking chambers located in a common housing with insulation. Each chamber is closed spring-loaded door and in the side walls has a ventilation device. Heating chambers within 100-250° C is carried out by heating Elements, and to maintain a constant temperature at a given level are the temperature controllers TR-4. The maximum temperature in the chamber at a nominal power of 250°C. power consumption total of 16.2 kW, single camera - 5,4 kW.
