The device is driven by V-belt from the drive pulley of the harvester through the gearbox MPN (POS.2). This task allows to solve a special pendant, mounted on the reaping machine.
Spring plate (POS.5) provide maximum mobility of the cutting unit in a vertical plane, and is designed in such a way that on the ground the stones do not fall into the Reaper.
All console moves on shoes (POS. 8), located on springs (POS.3). This achieves a deflection of up to 100mm and adherence to the ground. Height of cut is adjustable from 30 to 100 mm (adjustment bolts located on the shoes).
The Reaper console mounted with brackets located at the ends of the springs, and side locks-couplers.
The device automatically copy the field surface in the longitudinal and transverse directions at a given height of the slice.
