Installation is well suited as a dispenser for oil, milk, water, juices, yogurt and other homogeneous products. The fluid dispenser may also make the packaging of non-food products such as synthetic oils, paints, liquid fertilizers, etc., the fluid Dispenser is widely applicable for packing products of food, cosmetic and industrial uses.
The fluid dispenser is samasamajaya installation and can carry out the filling of the capacity of the customer. The fluid dispenser does not require additional pumps and other feed product devices. The product is fed by a flexible hose, which comes with a pump dispenser. Packing is made from a single channel (single-channel dispenser).
The fluid dispenser has a pneumatic actuator that provides the reliability and accuracy of the device, but requires a compressor or line of compressed air.
The fluid dispenser is made with a metering cylinders of different volume: 100 ml, 250 ml, 500 ml, 1000 ml of the design of the fluid dispenser allows fine adjustment of the dose within the volume of the metering cylinder.
The dispenser can work with any kind of container with an open throat (bottles, cans, cups etc). To work with dispenser a single operator, which inserts and removes the container.
