The apparatus of the filler (filler) UD-2 is used for packaging of various food and non-food products (including aggressive) with different degree of fluidity (as liquid and thick).
The filling apparatus is samasamajaya install and does not require additional pumps and other feed product devices. With dispenser UD-2 packaging of the product can be carried out straight from the container with the product to which it is only necessary to omit the flexible hoses of the dispenser into the container (or attach the hose dispenser to editions of capacity). The filling apparatus equipped with an Electromechanical actuator, which allows packing immediately after connecting the dispenser to the mains.
The filling apparatus has a possibility of installation of metering cylinders of different size, which allows to cover a large range of doses of Packed products. The dispenser also provides the possibility of smooth adjustment of dose (within the volume of the metering cylinders), so you can install any of the required amount of dose.
The wetted components of the machine filling made of stainless steel 12X18H10T, or its analogues and Teflon brand f-4.
The filling apparatus UD-2 are permitted for use in food industry bodies of the state sanitary and epidemiological supervision - have hygienic conclusion and certificate of conformity.
