Dispenser dense products used for pouring thick products of varying degrees of viscosity.
The unit can be used as a dispenser for filling of melted butter, mayonnaise, ketchup and other sauces, sour cream, yogurt, jam, preserves, and other dense products. Dispenser dense products is also well suited for packaging non-food products such as shampoos, gels, ointments and oils, varnishes, paints, etc.
The product flows into the spout of the hopper by suction into the measuring cylinder. Tara is inserted and removed manually by an operator. The dispenser is equipped with a foot pedal when pressed, the instrument displays the specified dose. The installation also can work in automatic mode, by issuing prescribed doses at equal intervals of time.
The dispenser is made with graduated cylinders of various sizes: 100, 250, 500 and 1000 ml Dose packaging can be continuously adjusted within the volume of the measuring cylinder. Drive installation - pneumatic.
