The dispenser is a versatile equipment and is designed for dispensing fuel or low-viscosity neutral and aggressive liquids, emulsions, suspensions, and viscous and paste-like, non-abrasive products (ointment, cream, honey, shower gel, shampoo, sauce, honey, ketchup, and so on) in the pharmaceutical, perfumery, food and other industries.
The dispenser consists of three main units: the dosing head, the Electromechanical drive and control unit. Design desiresa head is designed in such a way that for ease of cleaning and, if necessary, sterilization disassembly is carried out without tools. All threaded connections being going back on manually.
Method of submission of the dosed liquid - suction from the process tank or hopper mounted on the dosing head. Electromechanical actuator of the dispenser includes a worm geared motor and rocker-arm mechanism with adjustable length of the slide. Setting the dose is carried out by rotating the lead screw, is placed on the top cover of the dispenser. The control unit is placed in a sealed box built into the side wall of the dispenser. Rhythm dosing is displayed on the digital indicator and is set by rotating the knob in the desired direction. Adjusting the dose and rhythm dosing - smooth, without stopping the drive.
The dispenser can be used both independently and in conjunction with the packaging or equipment. The scope of the dispenser is determined by the resistance of stainless steels 12X18H9(T), 12X18H10(T), titanium and Teflon F4, of which manufactured parts and components of the flow part, or the requirements of normative documents on the validity of the contact of the dosed product with these kinds of materials. Can be operated in areas of high fire risk zone class P1.
