Roller conveyors are designed for transporting piece goods in the horizontal direction and at a small angle of inclination.
Roller conveyors are divided into the drive and non-drive.
Non-driven roller conveyors consist of rollers mounted on a frame with different distances between the centers of the axes of the rollers depending on the length and weight of materials being transferred. The transfer material is produced under the action of the muscular force (manually) or by gravity (inclined angle).
The distance between the centers of the axes of the rollers need to choose so that the load when the movement was at least three rollers.
Rollers for roller conveyors are made of ordinary steel, stainless steel food and PVC.
The diameter of the rollers manufactured by our company: 32, 40, 50, 57 , 76, 89, 108, 127, 133, 159, 219.
It is possible to produce commercials and other diameters on request.
