The plant is located in the district centre of Odessa region on an area of 16.8 hectares Enterprise borders with the port and asphalt plant. The main specialization of the plant: the production of wall materials of aerated concrete, lime, aggregates.
Total area of buildings and structures owned by the company - 20 019 square meters, including the main production building - 8 198 square meters
The plant is equipped with all the necessary infrastructure: gas-authorized consumption 5540 m3/h, 3 PTS with two 1000kVA transformers and one 630 kVA, steam, water, backed by tanks, sewage. The territory comes W/a path with a ramp for unloading bulk materials and a rack for receiving oil with zero capacity. The company has its own transport: dump trucks, front-end loader, locomotive, crane, bulldozer, car and minibus.
Near the plant selected sand pit with an area of 4 hectares with a resolution of extraction. Lime is produced in two mine own pouring furnaces with the capacity of 50 tons each node enrichment.
