Polymer-sandy paving slabs consists of three components: sand the filler tube (75% solids), the polymer - binder (25%) and a coloring pigment. Technology for the production of polymer-sand tile consists in the thorough mixing of the components by vibration, then heating and pressing under high pressure in special molds. This coloring is performed on the whole weight of the tile.
The polymer-sand tile is used for a variety of purposes and objects, ranging from paving paths of any configuration to production areas.
