Liquid counters screw FFC are designed to measure the volume of non-aggressive (Newtonian) fluids with kinematically viscosity from 0,55 up to 300 FTAs with temperatures ranging from minus 40 to plus 50 degrees Celsius, the pressure to 1.6 and 6.4 MPa.

Counters are used in a stationary technological installations, as well as on the ground moving the fueling and pumping during the work on the spot without direct sunlight and precipitation.

The principle of operation of spiral fluid meters resembles the work of the extruder and is that the two screws which rotate in mesh under the action of fluid flow, is measured during each cycle a certain amount. The rotation of the screws through the magnetic coupling is transmitted to the counting mechanism and converted into units of volume.

In front of the counter must be set to the filter at a distance of not more than 3000 mm, the filter elements which should not miss the particles greater than 0.10 mm. To complete the above-mentioned equipments we offer to buy the fluid filter FIU.
