Stitcher machine TPS designed for stitching wire staples containers made of cardboard.
STPS-50C, -70C and-120C stitch the side walls with a length of 500, 700 and 1200 mm. TPS-50H stitches valves in the bottom of the drawer with bead length up to 500 mm.
Stitching can be done in three types of seams: longitudinal, transverse and at an angle of 45°. Conversion to the type of seam made by turning the sewing head. Re-adjustment of the sewing machine to the thickness of products is carried out centrally in the wheel. Replacement parts sewing machine permit knit wire products printing round with a diameter of 0.5 - 1.0 mm or rolled oats tape - section 2.5 x 0.5 mm.
