The proposed device heating high viscosity petroleum products (fuel oil, gasoil, bitumen, etc.) and prepare to drain from rail and road tank cars. The device is mounted on the stationary racks for receiving petroleum products, separate offices or special areas during discharge of product from emergency tanks. The heat medium: saturated steam or high temperature organic heat carrier. Power consumption: 1.5-3.0 kW (380V).
