Method
applications:Directly
before painting, mix 2 cm of dye and 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant in
the bath until creamy. Apply paint with a special
wand on the lashes, until they are fully painted. Then apply the same
paint or lighter shade on your eyebrows in the direction of their growth.
Exposure time: 5-10 minutes, depending on
the required intensity of the shade.
