 The DEVICE is NETWORK-wide PROTECTION against CURRENT LEAKAGE TO EARTH 3 kV AZO-3 , AND a VOLTAGE of 6 KV AZO-6. TU 31.2-00165675-032:2006

The purpose and applications :

           The device is intended for implementation in conjunction with a high voltage cell protective shutoff the emergence of one-, two - or three-phase leakage current to ground and continuous control of insulation resistance in the isolated cable networks in mines hazardous gas and dust, reduce the danger of defeat of people by an electric current and the probability of explosions of mine gas, fire insulation of electrical equipment and combustible materials, and prevent premature ignition electric detonators.
The devices are available in two versions :
  - Machine AZO-3 separate operation in cable networks with voltage of 3 kV, powered by explosion-proof step-down transformers 6/3 kV installed directly in the mines.
  - Machine AZO-6 is designed for separate operation in cable networks with voltage up to 6 kV supplied from a explosion-proof separating transformer 6/6 kV installed directly in the mines, as well as from General industrial dividing transformers 6/6 kV or from separate transformer windings
35/6 - 6 kV, installed on the surface.

Performed function.

The device provides the following functions:
1. Continuous monitoring of insulation resistance of power circuits included the electrical load;
2. The command to disable the switching apparatus by reducing resistance earth leakage below the permissible values and the occurrence of leakage the current to ground;
3. Light alarm activation;
4. Check of serviceability of functioning;
5. Disabling the switching device when disconnecting disconnector or the extinction of operative voltage;
6. Preventive control of the insulation resistance of the network;
7. Visual inspection of insulation resistance.
8. Continuous self-test apparatus and circuit connection of the midpoint transformer.
