Sensor-relay temperature TR-1-02-X

Two-position remote sensor relay temperature TR-1-02-X, included in an electrical control circuit, is designed to maintain the temperature setpoint of the controlled environment by turning on and off an electric circuit when the temperature changes above or below a specified value.

The thermoregulator TR-1-02-X is used to control non-aggressive environments and are not designed to work in explosive environments.

Temperature sensor TR-1-02-X is designed to neoepinnula installation. Installation location of remote sensor relay not exceed 1.5 meters from the measuring of the temperature.

Relay temperature TR-1-02-X is installed on the stand or the shield in a vertical position (fitting input wires down) and secured with four screws М4Х8—011 GOST 1489-62.

The principle of operation of thermal relay TR-1-02Х:

The principle of operation of sensor-relay of temperature TR-1-02-X based on the dependence of the saturated vapor pressure of low boiling liquid (filler), enclosed in the hermetically closed thermosysteme, temperature controlled environment.

Change the temperature of the environment surrounding the bulb, is perceived by the filler and is converted into a pressure change which is transmitted through the bellows on linkage and switching device closing and normally closed contacts of the electric circuit.

Sensor-relay temperature TR-1-02-X has a dial temperature setting disconnection contacts. When the temperature by the value set on the scale the differential temperature values are open, the contacts of the sensor relay closed.

• Sensor-relay temperature TR-1-02-X covers the temperature range from -20 to +10 °C.
• Filler — freon-12.

Note. In working condition, the sensor-relay of temperature TR-1-02-X must be in the atmosphere whose temperature is higher than the set temperature closing of the contacts not less than 3°C.

• The variation of the contact opening should not exceed 0.5 °C at constant ambient conditions.
