The hydraulic cylinder, Ц40х250-11. The device is designed for retrofitting tractors hydrostatic power steering to facilitate easier management and increased agility, as well as for the body lift. Is used for dosing pumps.

The cylinders may occur two types of violations: exterior, noticeable by visual inspection (dents, cracks, etc.), and internal, to diagnose which it is much more difficult. Most often they are formed due to excessive load on the device or improper operation.

Causes of failure:

• The use of low-grade mineral oil and mixtures of different liquids, is not relevant to THAT;
• Failure to observe recommended time periods for the technical inspection;
• The use of the node in the wrong order technique, which leads to bending of the stem;
• Operation with contaminated oil, level of impurities than the maximum;
• The excess of the carrying capacity.

In such cases, the installation may be subjected to repair, but most often requires replacement.
