Packing from yarn from fibrous PTFE PTFE ( Teflon. Teflon fiber , filled with graphite and saturated with silicone oil. Thanks to this composition braided packing is a little prone to squeezing of the chamber seal, at the same time, gently takes the form of a camera. Low coefficient of friction and high thermal conductivity protect against excessive package overheating under the influence of high revolutions. Gasket characteristics are close to the gasket of GFO yarn, but at a lower price.
Application:
Recommended for use in stuffing boxes of pumps and valves in contact with water, steam, oils, solvents, salts, acids and alkalies, except strong oxidizing agents.
