Machines Vudpekker series CAMARO is equipped with the latest development of the company Woodpecker – a CNC controller based on the DSC processor, LCD high-resolution display and friendly interface.
This system has the ability to completely Autonomous operation (no need for permanent connection of external storage media). To transfer data to the new system, the CNC uses the USB 2.0 interface that can transfer data at a speed of 12 MB/min. Also the rack CNC router is equipped with Ethrnet interface and a large internal memory that allows you to easily transfer data from external sources.
New high frequency transducer allows more convenient to change the spindle speed directly from a CNC. The use of the DSC controller technology allows to increase the processing speed. When using stepper motors moving speed can reach 7.2 m/min.
When working with paths that contains straight lines and arcs, transitions from element to element to become more smooth.
The new controller maintains all functions of previous generations, such as non-volatile memorizing the current position of processing, starting program execution from any line and many others.
New features of the control system include professional modes of operation "Machining with constant cutting speed", "2D", "3D Mode", "User Mode" (user can set their own parameters for each type of works and save them), which allows you to easily use custom settings cutting in the future.
