The mask body is made of very solid material heat resistant SUPER Termotrek (polyamide 66), its properties are unique: you can work at both high and low temperatures. This allows to widely use a welding mask during Assembly work, for example, in welding of pipelines in the far North.
Protective face shield welder HH3 SUPER PREMIER Favorit can be safely used in the temperature range from -60°to +180°C. the Flap has successfully passed all tests and is certified for burning to a temperature of 1450 °C. the mask Body has a special form, where the left and on the right are three channels for the removal of welding smoke. At the bottom of the shield is the collar and divider, which prevent the rolling of the metal and also facilitate the removal of welding fumes from the breathing zone of the welder. Protective flap has an aerodynamic shape that protects the body from adherence of spatter of weld. The body panel has an increased size, this design allows improved air circulation inside the mask.
Protective face shield welder HH3 SUPER PREMIER Favorit is equipped with a passive filter with a degree of darkening from DIN 9 to 14 (9 to DIN –article 53363, DIN 10 – article 53364, 11 DIN – article 53365, 12 DIN – article 53366, 13 DIN – article 53367, 14 DIN – article 53368). The size of the filter 110х90 mm. Optical class 1 filter.
The cover glass Panorama is a convex element of the flap and protects the filter from damage. All structural elements can be easily changed and do not require the replacement of additional tools.
