Dab BPH pumps are used for circulating water in domestic and industrial heating systems and air conditioning systems. All pump Dab BPH are available as single or dual version.
Structural characteristics: monobloc body composed of cast iron hydraulic parts and motor with wet rotor. The motor housing of extruded aluminium. The flange connection of pipes with threaded holes for pressure gauges. Impeller in technopolymer. The shaft is hardened stainless steel, rotates in graphite bearings lubricated by the pumped liquid. Protective shell of the rotor, the stator casing and sealing flange in stainless steel. Ceramic thrust bearing, o-ring seals of EPDM and brass tube for air release. Two- (for VRN and DРH) or four-pole (for the BMH and DMH) induction motor with squirrel-cage rotor has three speeds of rotation (three-phase version - 2 speed for 3х230 In~), which are switched by a special switch on the terminal box.
Overload protection: thermal switch embedded in the stator winding in single-phase version of the engine. For three-phase motors must be installed in the contactor in the supply line of the engine. The starter should be connected to the thermal overload protection built into the motor to protect the engine at all speeds. The dual modifications in the discharge nozzle is integrated non-return valve rocker type, to prevent recirculation of liquid through the inoperative pump. Standard supply also includes a blank flange mounted in the case, when one of the two engines is the service. Standard pump casing with flanges PN10 compatible with PN6 counterflanges.
