The machine is brand PB-2-00 for bottling vodka, liquors and wines in a standard and a souvenir glass bottles as part of the packaging lines for low productivity.
The main design features:
Pre-vacuum to remove air from the bottle before filling and reduce the time of loading.
The ability to manufacture machines for any size and shape of bottles.
Quick changeover when switching to a different size bottles.
At a corresponding complete installation allows "hot" spill the wine.
The unit has two fully programmatically (functionally) independent channel control loading that allows simultaneous work on two different types of bottles.
In case of bad sealing or destruction of the bottles, the filling process automatically stops immediately.
In the absence of the bottle during filling, and when opening the door of the fence during the filling cycle is aborted and the system returns to its original position.
