Disk derivatively machine is a two - or three-chipping machine for grinding wood waste lumber, branches and tops of trees, slabs, waste wood processing industries. This technique is indispensable for the disposal of wood waste, wood processing residues in the chips of a certain size, for later use as raw materials or produce heat in the gasifier and boiler installations, allowing you to get really high efficiency by pyrolysis.
The optimum diameter of the material for cutting up to 160 mm Output size of chips - from 13 to 40 mm (possible self adjusting higher or lower side). Depending on operating conditions, a chipping machine can be equipped with interchangeable output pipes of different lengths from 1.5 to 2.5 meters, 360 degree rotating.
Drive chippers can be accomplished in two versions - either electric when stationary or through the PTO of the tractor (the necessary equipment with a capacity of not less than 40 HP).
Submission of material to the cutting knives of the disk can be performed by unauthorized due to the angular location of the hopper or through a hydraulic supply system that allows you to make the design simpler and more reliable, improve the safety of work equipment and its effectiveness.
