Laboratory chamber and tube furnaces MRC
Offer type: salePublished: 27.02.2015
Laboratory chamber and tube furnaces are designed for chemical analysis, analytical work and different types of heat treatment at temperatures from 400 to 1250 °C in all branches of industry and agriculture.
The lining of the heating chamber is made of a lightweight fibrous refractory and insulating materials, ensuring low heat.
Available in several versions laboratory chamber furnaces, different dimensions of the working chamber and the design of the heating unit:
open spiral heaters on ceramic tubes (outdoor heater); use high-quality heat-resistant alloy of the Swedish company "Kanthal"; working temperature up to 1250 °C (furnace SNOL-2.2,5.2/12,5)
ceramic block with a partially built spiral heaters (semi-open heater); working temperature up to 1100 °C (SNOL to 1.6.2,5.1/11, SNOL-2.2,5.1,8/11)
Modification of tubular furnaces differ in the size of the working tube and the design of the heating unit.
The control system includes a new microprocessor temperature controller with dual display of temperature (specified current) TRM-101 - domestic analogue semiadaptive OMRON thermostat, ensures the stability of temperature in thermal equilibrium mode +2 °C.
