A hopper capacity 10t/h for storage and unloading of powder material such as petroleum coke. The bunker is designed to receive raw materials from the conveyor mechanisms to compensate for uneven supply of raw materials to the warehouse or production line.
Constructional features of bunkers: a hopper consists of a collapsible body and a mechanism for discharging material.The hopper has a cylindrical shape with located in the center of the outlet.
The tank has a sight hole for maintenance. Collapsible tank provides the ability to replace individual nodes, if necessary, in the long run.
The material is fed into the hole located at the top of the hopper. There he remains throughout a work shift. Then the material goes down, where it can be displayed using a metered discharge according to the process.
Also for the bunker as part of a technological line was developed a special system of control and automation.
