process. Fluidized bed due to the cyclone - vortex scheme combustion
fuel is provided by a deep (at a temperature of 1000 °C) burning of combustible particles in the fluidized bed. In the boiler, for the vortex furnace
virtually no removal of unburned particles as intense burning
concentrated in the combustion chamber. The temperature in the vortex chamber does not exceed
the level of the beginning of the softening and intensive sublimation of ash. The combustion products are not
contain sticky, molten ash particles and is directed for cooling
convective pass of the boiler, without danger of its zashlakovyvaniya. The composition of exhaust gases
data thermal systems meet the highest requirements. These boilers
