The history of JSC "Scientific-production enterprise" Makeevka mine automation

History CJSC "Scientific-production enterprise" Makeevka mine automation is a leading modern enterprise, producing extensive the range of control equipment treatment and tunneling harvesters,RO strahovymi installations, means of signaling and communication for the mining industry.
The company was founded in 1962, as a small pilot plant, production equipment mine automation and communication, to meet the needs of Donetsk Economic Council and other coal regions.
Not having the necessary production facilities, machinery and equipment, overcoming numerous difficulties organizational development, team created plant with an initial population of 150 people, provided development and commercial production of control equipment the first domestic tunneling and treatment combines, produced Yasinovatskiy and Gorlovka machine-building plant.
In 1974 Makiivka pilot plant became part of the "Scientific production Association", in collaboration with the leading Institute the project developer of the control equipment mining equipment Institute "automatismes" (BC Donetsk). The connection allowed to increase nomeclature serial products and to develop new types of equipment automation for drilling rigs, plow installations, machinery and automated systems, diagnostics, scraper conveyors, etc.
In 80-90 years "Makeevka mine automation took leading position in the production of automation of mining equipment. Production of serial products has reached to 25 titles per year, pilot products - up to 10 titles per year and mastered installation series - up to 4 per year. The plant's products were exported not only to the domestic market but also for export to Iran, Spain, India, China, Mongolia, Poland, Czechoslovakia, etc.
Growth in issue volume products demanded the development of new production areas, construction of new industrial buildings electrical Assembly shop, shop machine tools with numerical program control, admistrative buildings, change the machinery. The workforce increased to 1600 people that helped to meet the increased demand of mines and machine-building plant in equipment automation.
At present JSC "NPP "SSA" continues production of the equipment the mountain - mine equipment, but work in modern conditions requires the creation of new types of devices. For this purpose, the company has created a new special - engineering co (SKB), which performs design design, implementation work on promising scientific technical trends in automation of new types of mining equipment: belt and chain conveyors, auger the complexes.
One of these works is the control unit complete thyristor explosion and UKTV management of the start-up of electric mining machines APM. These devices are designed for soft starting serial manufactured and newly developed belt conveyors for voltage power 660/1140 Century, These developments have led to a more close and active collaboration with engineering companies, completing their products mine automation, helped to resolve the issues of stability and reliability of the mining equipment, which is operated automatics.
All serial products have certificates of safety and resolution of the STS of Ukraine on primeneniya mines, hazardous gas and dust, and its products are exported to Russia, has certificates compliance by Russia.
