 The purpose Device designed to ensure smooth remote controlled start-up, dynamic braking and disconnect three-phase asynchronous motor with squirrel-cage rotor of mining machines operated in AC DC voltage 660/1140 In isolated neutral of the transformer.

The device is designed for operation in conditions underground mine workings hazardous gas (methane) and coal dust, in climate temperate, cold and tropical climate. Types climatic performance of the device UHL5 and T5.

Device combines the functions of the starter and the thyristor regulator. The use of the device UKTV-1-400 allows to exclude from system fluid coupling, as one of the most unreliable the drive elements. The ability to change the time-acceleration eliminates transient starting torques in the motor and significantly reduce dynamic stress in the transmission of the machine. Smooth start device significantly increases withos φ at start-up and reduce 1.2÷2 times starting currents of the motor.

Scope

Device is used in the drives of belt conveyors, chairlift and ground roads, start the pump and fan installations, compressor stations and other mechanisms with the fan load torque.

The device allows you to control one or multiple drives.

The main executable function

1. The smooth, controlled start the machine. Duration smooth start from 1 to 15 C.

2. The ability to work as a starter.

3. Remote control from the push-button station or from apparatus APK and its analogues..

4. Protection from short circuit and overload in outgoing power circuits.

5. Zero protection.

6. Protection against breakage or increase in resistance the grounding circuit between the device and the motor up to more than 50 Ohms.

7. Protection against loss of control when the circuit wires the remote control circuit or grounding conductor.

8. Protection from snowclone device when short-term (not more than 1) increase in the voltage of the supply chain up to 150 %of nominal.

9. Check the action of the control circuits and the circuits of the coils contactors without power in the exhaust connection.
