The aluminum sheet according to GOST 21631 are divided into:
non-clad alloy grades MM, D12, AMC, AMCs, AMG, AMG, AMg5, AB and aluminium grades A7, A6, A5, AO, ADO, AD1, denoted brand alloy without additional characters;
clad alloy D16 with technological plating, denoted by the addition of the letter B (DB);
clad additionally, denoted by the letter a, with normal plating - D1A classes, DA, VA, VDA;
clad alloy D16 with a thicker plating, further denoted by the letter U - DO. The thickness of the cladding layer with a thicker plating is 4-8% of the nominal thickness of the sheet.
The aluminum sheet on the state of the material is divided into the sheets:
without heat treatment (additional designation not assigned) - A7, A6, A5, A0, AD, AD1, AMC, AMCs, AMG, AMG, AMg5, AB, D1A classes, DA, VA, and VDA;
