Main fabric materials for conveyor belts are fabric BKNL 65 and TC 200. The fabric BKNL are polyester/cotton, the nominal tensile strength of the traction strip 55 Newton.
BKNL-65 - fabric belting combined on the basis of polyester (filament Dacron "wrapped" threads of cotton), the strength of 65 kg/cm in one strip.
Is used for transportation of wide range of bulk cargo: ore, rock, coal, sand, as well as bulk cargoes. Tape is made from high-strength synthetic fabric TC-200 (synthetic, nominal tensile strength of the traction strip 200 N/mm, thickness 0.5 mm to 2 cm) strips from 2 to 6. The high resistance of the fabric to stratification creates a special impregnation. The tape has bilateral lining (working and not working).
