Highly elastic insulating tape on the basis of ethylene-propylene rubber, is used for primary insulation and protection from moisture cable joints, sealing electrical connections, insulation, tires, seals high-voltage cables. Tape Scotch® 23 is compatible with all solid dielectric materials used for insulation of cables. Contains a separating liner, which is separated at the wound and prevents damage to the tape surface during installation.
