Pump D 6300-27 - centrifugal horizontal single-stage pump double sided sign bilateral polyproline supply of liquid to the impeller and spiral tap. The location of the suction and discharge nozzle at the bottom of the pump casing allows repair without disconnecting pipes and disassembly of the engine.
Pump D 6300-27 is designed for pumping clean water and fluids which characteristics are similar in chemical activity, with a kinematic viscosity of up to 36•10-6 m2/s, the content of mechanical impurities not more than 0.05 %, with the size of solid particles not more than 0.2 mm, the temperature to 85° C. and a hardness of not more than 650 kgf/mm2.
As a material for producing a flow of pump parts On 6300-27 used cast iron MF 25 (housing, cover, impeller and steel 45 (shaft).
The engine drives the pump rotor through the elastic sleeve coupling. Bearings of the rotor are radial or angular contact bearings. The impeller double-entry that provides a balance of axial forces. Double seals securely to prevent leakage along the shaft.
