The reference electrode depolarizes copper sulfate is designed for
industrial applications of electrochemical (cathodic) protection
underground metal structures from elektrokhimicheskoi (underground)
corrosion. The electrode is used to measure the polarization
potential and potential underground structures relative to the electrode
by creating electrolytic contact with the ground in the circuits in
determining the effectiveness of the corrosion protection of underground
metal structures.
The reference electrode can be used as a portable electrode.
The reference electrode depolarizes copper sulfate is used as
Autonomous and automatic stations cathodic protection of underground
metal structures.
Electrode copper sulfate is installed in the ground with the output conductors in the control and measuring points (KIP) or carpet.
The reference electrode copper sulfate is available in a sealed version
using 2 membranes. The inner membrane, directly
in contact with the electrolyte is made of ion-exchange and
polymer material. The outer membrane is a ceramic porous.
The diameter and number of holes per unit area of the membrane is normalized
ensure reliable electrolytic contact of the electrolyte with the ground and
prevent active expiration of the electrolyte in the soil. Internal
the membrane is laid on one side on the grill, preventing deformation
the membrane during operation. On the body of the electrode, made of
polypropylene, fixed potential sensor, provided with a removable cap.
The electrode works reliably with cathodic protection stations with
the input impedance of the measuring circuit 10 kω or higher; allows
to ensure high accuracy and maintain stability in time as
differential and polarizing protective potentials.
In the electrode depolarizes used material, limiting
the interpenetration of the electrolyte in the soil and soil moisture in the electrolyte,
but keeping the ionic conductivity.
The reference electrode is not critical to the installation environment.
The reference electrode does not require special precautions for
transportation and installation, because made of impact-resistant
polypropylene.
The reference electrode depolarizes copper-sulphate provides
reliable and stable operation in the conditions of influence of the following
climatic factors: the upper value of the ambient temperature +
45 °C; the lower value of the ambient temperature of minus 40 °C; the upper
a value of 100% relative humidity at 35 °C.
