Pickling paste removes rust, dirt and corrosion in the area of the weld and in the impact zone temperature
Transparent gel-like paste on the basis of hydrofluoric acid (hydrofluoric and nitric acids.
Is used to eliminate the harmful effects of high impacts after welding or machining (discoloration, scale) and restore the passive layer on stainless and acid-resistant steels in the areas of heat, and to remove impurities which may also negatively affect the corrosion barrier.
Provides clean and beautiful appearance of weld. Does not contain hydrochloric acid and chlorides. Thanks to a gel-like consistency can be applied on vertical surfaces.
Method of application:
Before using pasta TS-2000 K dirty or painted over the seam must be free from oil, paint or other contaminants... the Paste is applied on the processed seam brush evenly. One should not bring pasta to the open fire, leave the paste under the action of direct sunlight.
After etching, the remaining paste TS-2000 K, it is recommended to rinse with running water, which after processing, it is desirable to add the HD Converter (or treated with 20% aqueous solution of lime).
