The device is designed to regulate the ratio of the two physical
values (regulation of the ratio of gas flow rate and air concentration and
so on) of the PID act, the display simultaneously two physical quantities and
given the correlation between the two.
The main area of application of the system of control and regulation of technological processes.
BASIC FUNCTIONS
•input signals 0-5 mA, 0-20 mA, 4-20 mA, 0-100 mV
•galvanic separation of input circuits, output circuits, power and RS-485
•regulation of the ratio of the PID act by pulse (relay 2
output PWM control or analog control algorithm
control valve)
•the ability to quickly change ratio (using the buttons on the front panel)
•ability to work on schedule ratio (to achieve the most efficient (optimal) operation mode
•programming parameters from the front panel (password protection)
•the emergency situation is detected when the measured parameter is outside the specified boundaries
•error detection and determination of the cause of a malfunction
•digital input for start and stop regulation
•digital input for bumpless switching to manual control of the process
•communication with external devices via RS-485 (MODBUS-RTU Slave)
