Machine for rolling dough, cutting noodles 10 - 20 kg/h
This table multifunction machine, easy operation, which in the standard picking can roll out the dough and cut into noodles with a width of 2 mm and 6 mm. order, it can be equipped with a knife for slicing noodles special sizes (1,5-4-8-24 mm) and noodles with wavy edge (12-18-24 mm). The machine is offered in two versions : 170 and 250. They differ in the width of the sheet of rolled-out dough (170 mm and 250 mm). It is a multifunctional machine, because it can be equipped with different nozzles (on request). Made of anodized aluminum , and all surfaces in contact with food are made of stainless steel; supplied with emergency button and power indicator. Fully disassembles for easy cleaning. It meets the requirements of safety standards in accordance with applicable regulations.

Allows to cook ravioli, glued to each other, different format, with pasty fillings (meat, cheese, vegetables,...), using the dough sheet width 100 mm

Attachments can be easily
